is looking for an
Associate Creative Director
to join our creative agency, reporting directly to the Creative Director. You'll help shape brand campaigns, lead creative teams, and deliver culture-led work that drives client growth and impact.

What You'll Do

  • Concept and lead brand campaign ideas from brief through execution
  • Oversee assigned projects and guide creative teams through production
  • Partner with strategy, accounts, and production to deliver strong client outcomes
  • Support client relationships and participate in creative presentations
  • Mentor and develop emerging creative talent
  • Help identify and recruit top creative talent, including freelancers

What You Bring

  • 6+ years of experience leading creative strategy for integrated campaigns
  • Proven leadership and team management experience
  • Strong client-facing communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent conceptual thinking and storytelling abilities
  • Deep cultural fluency across fashion, music, and youth culture
  • A proactive, can-do mindset with strong prioritization skills
