A leading technology consulting firm based in Germany has been established in Indonesia since 2018, focusing on high-scale custom software services.
This is a combination role of deep AI/ML engineering with modern expertise in LLM (Large Language Model) applications. This role will be a division pioneer, which will be involved in shaping strategy, building prototypes, and bringing intelligence systems into the products.
Job Descriptions :
Build and deploy machine learning models for real use cases (e.g. recommendation systems, predictive analytics).Explore and implement LLM-powered solutions using LangChain, LlamaIndex, etc.Design and manage model pipelines: data processing, training, evaluation, and monitoring.Prototype smart applications like internal knowledge assistants, data summarizers, or custom agents.Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to identify and prioritize AI use cases.Set up best practices for AI experimentation, model management, and ethical usage.Mentor future AI team members and help define the direction of the AI division.
Requirements :
Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience. Have AI/ ML specification will be preferable.Minimum of 4-5 years of relevant experience. Have experience in leading an AI team will be preferable.Strong understanding of how to prompt large language models effectively.Experienced in API Chaining, integrating LLMs into applications using LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar frameworks.Have experience integrating with OpenAI or DeepSeek.Having proficiency in Python and ML libraries (PyTorch, TensorFlow, etc.) will be preferable.Experienced in building custom ML pipelines end-to-end.Curiosity and willingness to experiment with cutting-edge AI tools.Ability to communicate technical ideas clearly across non-technical teams.A balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution.Solid ability to communicate in English, written, verbal, and listening. Basic knowledge of German language is a plus point.Willing to work from our office in BSD, Tangerang Selatan, and travel to Germany if required.
