Als
AI Engineer (w/m/d)
arbeitest du an der Entwicklung, Integration und Skalierung von AI-Lösungen für unsere Portfoliofirmen und den Fund selbst. Du kombinierst technisches Know-how mit einem Verständnis für unternehmerische Zusammenhänge und treibst die AI-Entwicklung von Prototyp bis Produktionsreife.

DEINE AUFGABEN

  • LLM-basierte Features:
    Entwicklung und Integration von Lösungen auf Basis Large Language Models (z. B. RAG-Systeme, Chatbots, Text-Generierung).
  • Agentic Use Cases:
    Konzeption und Umsetzung autonomer AI-Agenten zur Prozessautomatisierung in Portfoliofirmen.
  • Machine Learning:
    Entwicklung algorithmischer Lösungen für spezifische Business-Anforderungen.
  • Data Engineering:
    Aufbau und Pflege von Datenpipelines, ETL-Prozessen und Dateninfrastrukturen.
  • Analysen & Sparring:
    Durchführung explorativer Analysen, Unterstützung von Investmentteams, Coaching der Portfoliounternehmen.

DEIN PROFIL

  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in Python und gängigen AI/ML-Frameworks (z. B. PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn, LangChain, Hugging Face)
  • Praktische Erfahrung in der Entwicklung und Anwendung von Machine Learning Modellen und LLMs
  • Erfahrung mit Datenbanken, Cloud-Umgebungen (Azure, AWS) und Data Pipelines
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium (Master/PhD) in Informatik, Physik, Mathematik, Data Science oder einem verwandten Feld
  • Strukturierte, eigenständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Kommunikationsstärke, Teamgeist und Begeisterung für AI

Nice to have:

  • Erfahrung im Finanz-/Investmentumfeld
  • Leidenschaft für den Transfer von AI in unternehmerische Praxis
