We offer a workplace where you contribute to the development of cutting-edge technology aiming to enhance road safety through driver assistance and facilitation of autonomous driving.We now seek a Cybersecurity Manager for all aspects of the secure software engineering lifecycle according to the ISO21434, ensuring Cybersecurity objectives are met when addressing the increased integration complexity that comes with our value propositions.The job means advancing the state-of-the-art while ensuring productivity of integrators and users.What You'll DoAs a hands-on leader, you will manage Cybersecurity for Qualcomm's ADAS solution. You will focus on Driving Automation, producing and maintaining Cybersecurity work-products as well as develop strategies for the future evolution of AD stacks. You will be at the center of our development, collaborating closely with Cybersecurity engineers at Qualcomm SoC/BSP teams, and with Driving Automation's Functional Safety leads, system architecture leads, software developers, product owners, and customers. You will guide the program and project managers in Cybersecurity topics, ensuring the right priorities and risk levels in the work execution. You will be responsible for ensuring that the requirements from the automotive Cybersecurity process are integrated in an efficient way as an intrinsic part of product development.Tasks/responsibilitiesCoordinate with System Engineers, PMs, and PdMs to prioritize activities and ensure timely delivery of collateral for both customer specific solutions as well as for generic platform offeringsDevelop and implement technical solutions to address Cybersecurity threats in Automotive SW Solutions.Develop and operationally coordinate activities such as TARA, Cybersecurity goals, risk assessments, and cyber security assurance cases.Ensure compliance with ISO 21434 requirements throughout the lifecycle of automotive systems. Experience with other security standards is a plus.Customer-facing tasks and activities including creating and managing customer-facing documentation and deliverables.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ISO 21434 work products into the overall Cybersecurity strategy, and consideration for other related security standards and regulations.Provide technical guidance and support during the design and development of secure automotive systems.Train other teams to adopt and implement Cybersecurity processes.Participate and prepare for Cybersecurity audits and assessmentsWe seek you who are eager to embrace this challenge in the dynamic environment of the automotive sector.What You'll BringWe are looking for a technical leader with a lot of drive, motivated by technical challenges, used to collaborating with others and has an analytical mindset as well as a structured way of working. We believe you have a degree in Engineering or similar with at least ten years of work-life experience.We think that having most of the qualifications below can help you to be successful in the role:Deep knowledge and experience within the field of Cybersecurity (e.g. ISO21434)Good technical leadership, planning and organization/control skillsEffective communication presentation of complex concepts to teams, management and customersGood risk management skills, balancing development effort against added value and security against availabilityStrong analytic and problem-solving skillsKnowledge of requirements management and system architectural designExperience in software development and related quality and processesKnowledge of vulnerability assessments and penetration testing on Automotive SoC systems will be an advantageWe furthermore believe that you have high integrity and wish to continue building our growing Cybersecurity culture.
