Role Summary

As a Working Student in our Public Sector Sales team, you will play a key role in supporting administrative and operational processes that enable successful sales execution. You'll assist with internal coordination, data management, and partner support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations in a dynamic sales environment.

• • Maintain accurate records of customer and partner interactions in the Sales systems. Ensure timely updates to sales opportunities, forecasts, and account details
• Assist in preparing and processing quotes for partner/customer inquiries. Help compile sales documentation and ensure completeness
• Contribute to weekly, monthly, and quarterly forecasting by gathering data and updating tracking tools
• Monitor upcoming customer renewals and assist in coordinating partner outreach and follow-ups
• Help gather background information on public sector accounts to support sales strategy and partner engagement
• Generate basic reports on sales performance, partner activity, and customer engagement metrics
• Provide administrative coverage for team members during holidays, illness, or transitions
• Identify opportunities to streamline administrative workflows and improve data accuracy

• • Enrolled in a university program (e.g., Business Administration, Economics, Communication, Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering Management or related field)
• Availability to work part-time (typically 15–20 hours/week) alongside studies
• Strong Communication
• Clear written and verbal communication skills in both German and English
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
