About the Role

We are seeking a motivated
Hardware Developer
to join an innovative engineering team working on advanced
embedded electronics and industrial hardware solutions
.

You will be responsible for designing, developing, and testing electronic systems used in machinery, automation equipment, and high-reliability industrial applications.

This position suits hands-on engineers who enjoy working with circuit design, PCB layouts, microcontrollers, and hardware bring-up in a practical, collaborative environment.

Your Responsibilities

  • Design and develop
    analog and digital circuits
    for embedded and industrial applications
  • Select, evaluate, and integrate
    electronic components
    into hardware designs
  • Create
    schematics and PCB layouts
    using industry-standard tools (e.g. Altium Designer, KiCad, Eagle)
  • Support
    hardware bring-up
    , debugging, EMC considerations, and system verification
  • Collaborate closely with firmware, mechanical, and systems engineering teams
  • Conduct
    tests, measurements, and validation
    using oscilloscopes, logic analysers, and lab equipment
  • Contribute to documentation, prototypes, and continuous design improvements

Your Profile

  • Degree in
    Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics
    , or a related field

  • 2+ years of experience
    in hardware development (embedded electronics, mixed-signal design, industrial systems)

  • Knowledge of:

  • Analog & digital circuit design

  • Microcontrollers (ARM Cortex-M, STM32, NXP, etc.)
  • PCB layout and design workflows

  • Signal integrity, EMC, power supply design

  • Familiarity with design and simulation tools:

  • Altium / KiCad / Eagle

  • SPICE-based simulation tools
  • Experience with lab tools (oscilloscopes, logic analysers, multimeters)
  • Strong analytical mindset and a hands-on, solution-oriented working style
  • English required; German language skills are a strong advantage
