Consumer Intelligence Team
at Mazda and its operations across all European markets to deliver real-time, contextually aware & hyper-personalized omni-channel experiences to our consumers.

Segmentation Creation & Audience Delivery

  • Support the delivery of new consumer x-channel experiences from journey design, specification, mapping & implementation starting with the identification of profitable target audiences & segmentation
  • Support the team in creating smart consumer profiling and audience delivery to drive media efficiencies
  • Execute segmentation activities across all Europe within the Customer Data Platform for highly efficient targeting activities, based on effective criteria and consumer insights
  • Maintain delivery and destination settings to experience activation platforms, such as but not limited to GoogleAds, DV360 and META
  • Execute audience delivery to new emerging, cookie-less destinations such as Data Clean Rooms, or innovative techniques and other, to exploit potential of reach and data enrichment though 2nd & 3rd party data
  • Drive continuous measurement of KPIs

Consumer 360° view

  • Support the business in identifying insightful consumer data sources to enrich CDP profiles
  • Engage in the use & smart interpretation of socio-demographic data to design & deliver personalized consumer experiences through digital (CRM, Media) and offline channels
  • Drive the ingestion of digital web behavior into CDP across national websites, e-Commerce platforms , dealer websites and App
  • Support the evolution of the CDP in terms of platform integrations, data architecture & profile depth to drive highest consumer intelligence
  • Support the team in ensuring highest data quality
  • Support creation and maintenance of PBI dashboards across Use case performances and other audience delivery implementation
  • Engage in benchmark analyses for CDP Cloud solutions for strategic management decisions and implementation approach
  • Support newsletters creation for all European markets

PASSION MEETS POWER - YOUR PROFILE

  • University degree with focus on International Business, Marketing Science, Data Analytics Business Informatics, Business Software Programming and/or comparable qualification
  • Ideally previous working experience in Digital Marketing and/or IT
  • Preferably experience or high enthusiasm in data-driven analytics
  • Comfortable presenting in front of audiences
  • Strong consumer focus – persuasive, plausible, calm and pragmatic with strong analytical, interpersonal affinity
  • excellent command of MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
  • Data-driven mindset combined with experience in analytics tools such as PowerBI, Python
  • High affinity for data conscious and platform agnostic marketing stack ( e.g. Oracle,SF/Siebel,Power BI )
  • Hands on experience on any query of the languages like SQL etc.
  • A passion for digital marketing and customer-centric strategies
  • Able to support project management tasks and documentation activities across multiple projects
