Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive growth and profitability for clients.
  • Analyze market trends, identify opportunities for growth, and develop targeted campaigns to achieve business objectives.
  • Design and implement high-performing PPC campaigns, leveraging advanced tools and techniques to optimize ROI.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of digital marketing strategies.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in a senior role.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, PPC advertising, and social media marketing principles.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build and maintain effective relationships with clients and team members.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with AI tools and technology, with ability to leverage data insights to inform digital marketing strategies.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Marketing or related field.
  • Experience working with CRM systems and data analytics tools.
  • Certification in digital marketing, such as Google Analytics or Facebook Ads.
  • Fluency in German and English, with ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
