Vollzeit

Aufgaben

  • Verantwortlich für die reibungslose Organisation und Koordination des täglichen Restaurant-, Bar- und Bankettbereichs
  • Selbstständiges Arbeiten am Gast, Begrüßung und Betreuung, sowie fachliche Beratung der Gäste
  • Motivation und Führung des gesamten Teams inkl. Anleiten von Praktikant:innen und Azubis
  • Überwachung von Ordnung und Sauberkeit in der Abteilung
  • Kontrolle aller Warenbestände
  • Behandlung von Gästereklamationen
  • Dienstplangestaltung

Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung in der Gastronomie
  • Freude am Umgang mit Menschen und ein herzliches, positives Auftreten
  • Selbstständiges und eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten
  • Aufgeschlossenheit und Engagement
  • Ausgeprägte Gastorientierung
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
