Standort: Berlin, Nürnberg oder Remote

Einsatzort: Remote und je nach Projekt zeitweise Deutschlandweit vor Ort beim Kunden

Aufgaben
  • Prozessanalyse & -optimierung: Analyse bestehender Prozesse und Identifikation von Verbesserungspotenzialen.
  • Prozessmanagement & Standards: Einsatz von Methoden (z. B. ITIL) zur Strukturierung und Standardisierung von Abläufen.
  • Anforderungsmanagement: Aufnahme, Konsolidierung und Umsetzung von Kundenanforderungen.
  • Workshop-Moderation & Stakeholder-Kommunikation: Sicheres Auftreten in Meetings und Workshops mit Fach- und Führungskräften.
  • Projektverantwortung: Planung, Steuerung und Umsetzung von Prozessoptimierungsprojekten.
  • Change Enablement & Schulung: Begleitung von Veränderungsprozessen durch Trainings und Onboarding.
  • Reisebereitschaft: Du bist bereit, deutschlandweit im Einsatz zu sein, um Kundenteams vor Ort zu begleiten.
Qualifikation
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaft, IT oder Ingenieurwesen.
  • 3–5 Jahre Erfahrung in Prozessmanagement, Anforderungsanalyse oder Transformation.
  • Branchenkenntnis im Finanz- oder Bankenumfeld ist ein großes Plus.
  • Microsoft-Zertifizierungen (z. B. Azure, Dynamics, Power Platform) wünschenswert.
  • Ausgeprägte analytische, kommunikative und organisatorische Fähigkeiten.
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (mind. B2).
