Job DescriptionWe are on the lookout for an experienced Senior Manager, Human Resources Business Partner (all genders) to join the Delivery Hero's People Partner Team, on our journey to always deliver amazing experiences.

In July 2024, Delivery Hero SE merged its market-leading food delivery businesses, namely foodora and Yemeksepeti in Europe, and foodpanda in Asia to create the organization known internally as Pandora. Together, all three businesses now form the second-largest organization within Delivery Hero. Powered by Delivery Hero's Pandora platform technology, the newly formed organization will continue to be known by the respective brands to customers, vendors and partners.
Key responsibilities:
Support High-Impact Teams: Collaborate with various functions to drive Delivery Hero's People Agenda, enabling employees to do their best work.
Strategize Across Functions: Partner with People Business Partners, Centers of Excellence (COEs), and your Business Unit to design and implement programs and processes that enhance the employee journey—from onboarding to development and exit.
Coach and Develop Leaders: Provide guidance on organizational design, talent reviews, succession planning, and strategic talent processes to managers and leaders, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Lead Change Management: Act as a change champion, driving organizational transformations and crafting effective communication strategies during restructures and re-organizations.
Promote Organizational Efficiency: Collaborate with leaders to achieve healthy levels of employee engagement (eNPS), attraction, retention, diversity & inclusion metrics, and ROI.
Leverage Data for Impact: Use people analytics and insights to make informed decisions and shape talent strategies that drive measurable results.
Team Management: Manage a small team of ICs and provide leadership and day to day support and coaching
- Extensive HR Experience: 10+ years in HRBP/People Partner roles with demonstrated business acumen and the ability to integrate People and business strategies seamlessly, in combination with hands-on people leadership experience.
Strategic Expertise: Proven experience in HR principles and best practices, particularly in delivering high-impact programs in global, matrixed organizations.
Change Management: Expertise in navigating complexity and ambiguity while implementing successful organizational changes.
End-to-End HR Knowledge: A deep understanding of reward & recognition, career development, talent management, and retention strategies.
Data-Driven Decision-Making: Proficiency in people analytics and statistical knowledge, with a focus on actionable metrics.
Exceptional Interpersonal Skills: A strong communicator and collaborator with the ability to build trusted relationships across all levels of the organization.
