Du bist ein Vordenker und Umsetzer mit einer tiefen Leidenschaft für KI und innovative digitale Produkte?

Wir suchen einen AI Lead (m/w/d), der unsere KI-Strategie federführend mitgestaltet und umsetzt, um unsere Prozesse zu optimieren und neue Hörerlebnisse zu schaffen.

Deine Aufgaben:

Strategie, Innovation und Transformation

Als AI Lead bist du die zentrale Schnittstelle für die Integration von künstlicher Intelligenz in unser Unternehmen:

  • Strategieumsetzung: Mitarbeit und Umsetzung an einer ganzheitlichen KI-Strategie, die unsere Unternehmensziele unterstützt, insbesondere in den Bereichen Produktion, Vertrieb und Marketing
  • Prozessoptimierung: Analyse und Automatisierung bestehender Abläufe
  • Technologie-Scouting: Beobachtung des Marktes und Evaluierung sowie Implementierung neuer AI-Tools und Technologien (z.B. Text-to-Speech, Agentic AI, Vibe Coding)
  • Kollaboration: Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Teams aus Lektorat, Vertrieb, Controlling und Marketing, um Potenziale für den Einsatz von KI zu identifizieren und umzusetzen
  • Wissensvermittlung: Schulung der Teams und Förderung des internen Verständnisses für die Möglichkeiten und Herausforderungen von KI

Dein Profil:

Technisches Verständnis trifft auf Umsetzungsstärke

  • Erfahrung: Fundierte Erfahrung im Projekt- und/oder Produktmanagement, idealerweise in einem digitalen Umfeld
  • Umsetzungsstärke: Die Fähigkeit, komplexe technische Möglichkeiten in konkrete, geschäftsrelevante Projekte zu übersetzen
  • Praktische Erfahrung mit KI- und Automation-Tools
  • Erfahrung in der Steuerung von externen Dienstleistern bei der Umsetzung von digitalen Produkten
  • Kommunikationsstärke: Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit und die Kunst, komplexe Sachverhalte verständlich zu vermitteln – auch an nicht-technische Stakeholder
