Responsibilities

• Maintain and organize Operational ExcellenceTeamBase Page, including documentation of processes, guidelines, reports and announcements

• Track project milestones and monitor the status of technical developments, including bugs and issues, ensuring timely updates and follow-ups

• Assist in monitoring and analyzing the performance of workflows in customer self-service operations

• Conduct research and data analysis to support stakeholder alignment

• Support the preparation and coordination of meetings and workshops

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, Data Science or a related field

• Fluency in English is mandatory, further languages such as German are a plus

• Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel & PowerPoint)

• Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset

• Organized, proactive, and eager to learn

What we offer

• Contract location would be Göppingen, Germany

• Our Working Students in Germany receive a monthly salary of €1,566 for a 20-hour/week contract, €1,253 for a 16-hour/week contract, and €1,400 for an internship position.
