Key Account Manager (m/f/d)
at Sentronics Metrology in Mannheim, you will play a key role in driving the strategic growth of our high-precision optical metrology solutions within the global semiconductor market. You will work closely with international customers and cross-functional internal teams to identify business opportunities, lead sales processes, and build long-term customer relationships. With your deep understanding of both technical and commercial aspects, you will align customer needs with our innovative technologies and ensure sustainable business success. In this role, you will represent Sentronics (a Nova Company) at industry events, lead strategic account activities, and contribute significantly to our global market presence.

Role Responsibilities:
- Develop and shape tailored customer and account strategies in close collaboration with sales and field service teams.
- Own and drive revenue for all Nova products within the assigned customer base.
- Lead technical review meetings, present customized marketing materials, and showcase technical expertise.
- Manage delivery and operational processes to ensure reliable and on-time fulfillment of customer requirements.
- Coordinate all customer-related activities in close alignment with internal departments at headquarters.
- Translate customer needs into clear product requirements and ensure their implementation with product management.
- Conduct independent evaluations of new tools and major software releases directly at customer sites.
- Gather and provide competitive intelligence on market players and OEM partners
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Physics, Optics, Materials Science, Electronics, or a comparable technical field.
- At least 3 years of experience in capital equipment sales, ideally within the semiconductor industry.
- Solid track record in working with international customers and navigating global matrix organizations – preferably with market experience in the Asian region.
- Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles, lead negotiations, and develop long-term customer relationships.
- Strong commercial mindset with a clear business orientation and a high level of execution capability.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to coordinate and motivate cross-functional teams, even without direct leadership responsibility.
- Willingness to travel internationally (approx. 20–25%) as required by business needs.
