Process Manager – Product Development and R&D

Your role

We are looking for a Process Manager – Product Development / R&D to drive operational excellence and process innovation within our fast-growing supplements business within our core department: Product Development and R&D. In this role, you will bridge operations and supplement / nutraceutical development, ensuring that processes are efficient, compliant, and supportive of cutting-edge food supplement innovation. You will play a key role in embedding best practices across teams and enabling smooth integration of new ways of working.

Lead and implement process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness across the product development functionDrive change management efforts, fostering a culture of adaptability and continuous improvementDevelop and integrate operational strategies to ensure seamless adoption of new processes in daily businessDesign and deliver training programs to equip employees with the knowledge and skills for new and existing processesCollaborate cross-functionally with Product Development, Operations, and other teams to align processes with business objectivesEnsure compliance with corporate governance, quality standards, and regulatory requirements

Your profile

Professional experience in process management – ideally with focus on process improvement and change managementBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field; advanced certifications in process improvement or change management are a plusAffinity for nutrition, food products, or dietary supplements is an advantageProven ability to work cross-functionally and communicate effectively with diverse teamsStrong analytical mindset with experience in data-driven decision makingFlexibility and adaptability to thrive in a fast-changing environment
