As the Chief Growth Officer at our client, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth across European markets. You will be responsible for identifying, developing, and converting new business prospects into long-term partnerships, with a strong emphasis on their technology services and product offerings.

Role & Responsibilities
- Strategic Business Development: Lead the business development strategy across the DACH region, focusing on digital transformation and technology-driven solutions.
- Sales and Pipeline Management: Achieve annual new business revenue targets, manage the sales process from lead generation to conversion, and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
- Initiatives and Solutions: Spearheaded initiatives to implement cutting-edge solutions across the DACH region, leveraging technology to drive sales and enhance client success.
- Partnership Building: Develop strategic relationships with key technology partners to strengthen our client's market position and service offerings.
- Leadership and Collaboration: Collaborate closely with leadership teams across our client's network to ensure alignment and support for business growth initiatives.
- Marketing and Influence: Support marketing strategies and participate in thought leadership activities to elevate our clients' profiles showcase their value proposition and ensure creative efforts align with broader business objectives.
Qualities & Characteristics
Based in Germany with the ability to travel across the DACH region.
Fluency in German is required, along with business-level proficiency in English.
Previous experience in enterprise-level business development and sales, preferably within E-commerce or digital marketing solutions.
An established network in Fashion, Retail, and E-commerce industries in DACH markets.
Ability to consult with CXO-level stakeholders on platform technologies.
Demonstrated track record of exceeding targets and a hunger for consultative selling new services.
Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
Numbers driven - Having a clear understanding of the business and how the growth is measured (KPIs/other type of indicators)
- Strong strategic thinking and leadership abilities, with the capacity to inspire and mobilize teams.
- Experience managing and collaborating with nearshore and offshore application development teams.
