We are seeking a Head of Business Development to lead our global go-to-market, drive partnerships with healthcare providers and payers, and support investor and strategic relations during our Series A fundraising and commercialization phase.

Key Responsibilities

Market Expansion & Strategy


• Develop and execute Seerlinq's commercialization strategy across key European markets (starting with Germany) and prepare for U.S. market entry.


• Identify and negotiate partnerships with healthcare providers, hospital networks, payers, and distributors.


• Lead market access and reimbursement initiatives, aligning local health-economic evidence with payer expectations.

Sales & Partnership Growth


• Build and manage a sales and business development team, establishing scalable commercial processes.


• Design and manage the sales pipeline, including B2B partnerships with clinics, telemedicine platforms, and MedTech integrators.


• Collaborate with the CEO and Chief Medical Officer to convert clinical collaborations into commercial deployments.

Investor & Strategic Relations


• Support the CEO in Series A fundraising activities, investor relations, and strategic partnership development.


• Identify and cultivate relationships with potential strategic partners (e.g., device manufacturers, pharma, digital health platforms).

Market Intelligence & Positioning


• Analyze global trends in digital health and remote cardiac monitoring to inform Seerlinq's positioning.


• Represent Seerlinq at international conferences, trade fairs, and investment events.


• Develop commercial pitch materials and proposals aligned with Seerlinq's vision of democratizing precision cardiovascular care.

Qualifications


• Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, market access, or strategic partnerships in MedTech, digital health, or life sciences.


• Proven track record of market expansion or commercialization in a regulated healthcare environment


• Strong network among payers, providers, or MedTech investors in Europe or the U.S.


• Excellent negotiation and communication skills, both with medical and financial stakeholders.


• Fluent in English and German


• Entrepreneurial mindset, data-driven decision-making, and ability to thrive in a fast-scaling startup environment.
