Technical Cooperation Manager (m/f/d)

Your mission

  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of consumer devices and their applications, enabling effective technical cooperation.
  • Analyze trends and challenges within the technical domain to identify innovative ideas and collaboration opportunities.
  • Create and maintain a cooperation resource map for the responsible domain, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Lead the development of cooperation plans and strategies based on technical elements and key challenges, proactively exploring optimal resources for business needs.
  • Identify and manage risks throughout the lifecycle of technical cooperation projects, including initiation, partner selection, contract signing, execution, and acceptance.
  • Negotiate commercial terms for technical collaborations, ensuring a win-win outcome.
  • Maintain knowledge of relevant areas such as intellectual property rights, finance, export control, foreign affairs, and privacy protection.

Your areas of expertise

  • Education Level: A master's degree in Engineering is preferred.
  • Experience: to 5+ years of relevant working experience is preferred.
  • Technical Cooperation Experience: Candidates should have experience related to technology cooperation, including technical resource surveys, business negotiations, relationship maintenance and development, and project management.
  • Learning and Development: A strong desire and ability to learn, along with robust skills in work promotion, peripheral coordination, and business development.
  • Personal Attributes: Initiative, positivity, dedication, honesty, and a strong work ethic, along with excellent interpersonal communication and presentation skills.
  • Language Proficiency: Proficiency in both English and Chinese is required; overseas study or work experience is preferred.
