Technical Project Manager AEM

What we look for:You lead the functional and technical implementation of customer projects on Digital Experience Platforms in the Adobe Experience Manager technology stackYou capture customer requirements and design functional specifications, project release plans/roadmaps, and best-fit software solutions, providing comprehensive consulting on technical implementation options.You transform complex roadmaps into milestones and prioritize epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria.You take responsibility for successful collaboration between our customers, development teams, and other internal stakeholders within OMMAX, thereby enhancing the efficiency of our cross-disciplinary teams.You advise on technical implementation options in close collaboration with the development teams.You handle the preparation and facilitation of project meetings for both customer and internal projects.You manage stakeholder communication as well as project schedules, budgets, as well as implementation plans and ensure high-quality project delivery on time and on budget You act as a mentor and support the career development of your team members.What we require:You hold a university degree with excellent grades in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.You have 3+ years of experience as a Technical Project Manager or in a similar role in an innovative company or implementation service provider.You have knowledge in writing technical requirements and a basic understanding of Experience Design (UI/UX) and SEO/SEA, as you will work closely with specialized departments.You have experience in successfully executing technical projects from concept to implementation.You have first certifications in the area of AEM stack and have already completed your first projects using or in the environment of the AEM stack.You have experience in consulting and an understanding of the entire SDLC.You are distinguished by excellent communication and problem solving skills and the ability to understand, prioritize, analyze, and communicate business problems to developers.You have proven experience and excellent skills in team coordination, leadership, and project management.You build strong customer relationships and act as a trusted advisor for our customers.You ensure the high quality of project deliveries through continuous monitoring and regular reviews.You proactively identify potential project risks and develop strategies to minimize them.You are motivated and have a background in learning and developing new analytical methods, software applications, and tools.You are a service-oriented and communicative team player with a high level of self-responsibility and passion for your work.You are fluent in English and German.What you can expect:Your impact is crucial: You actively shape the digital future in a highly motivated & smart team in direct cooperation with the founders & OMMAX partners, creating real added value by linking strategy and implementation.Your environment - out of your comfort zone: You work in a challenging environment between financial investors, decision-makers and operational teams and can set new standards with your knowledge.Your hard work pays off You benefit from attractive salary packages, participation in sales success and exclusive investment opportunities.
