We're looking for a
Operations Analyst
to join our growing team — someone who's detail-oriented, data-driven, and ready to help optimize how our organization operates every day.

As an Operations Analyst, you'll play a key role in improving workflows, analyzing performance metrics, and identifying opportunities for operational excellence. You'll collaborate closely with multiple departments — including Finance, HR, and Strategy — to ensure our processes are efficient, scalable, and aligned with company goals.

What You'll Do

  • Gather, analyze, and interpret operational and financial data
  • Create dashboards and reports to monitor KPIs and performance trends
  • Identify inefficiencies and recommend process improvements
  • Support cross-functional teams with workflow optimization and data-driven decision-making
  • Assist in forecasting, planning, and performance tracking
  • Conduct root cause analysis to solve operational issues
  • Maintain accurate documentation and ensure data integrity across systems

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in
    Business Administration, Operations Management, Data Analytics
    , or related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in
    operations, business analysis, or data analytics
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in
    Excel
    ,
    Google Sheets
    , and familiarity with
    Power BI
    or
    Tableau
  • Knowledge of
    SQL
    or
    Python
    (a plus)
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently in a remote or fast-paced team environment
