We're looking for an
Operations Analyst
to join our growing team — someone who can combine analytical thinking with practical problem-solving to enhance daily operations and support strategic decision-making.

As an Operations Analyst, you'll work closely with multiple departments to identify inefficiencies, streamline processes, and measure key performance metrics. Your insights will play a vital role in helping the organization run more effectively and deliver better results.

What You'll Do

  • Collect and analyze operational data to identify trends, patterns, and improvement areas
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, performance reports, and KPI tracking tools
  • Collaborate with teams across finance, logistics, and business operations to improve processes
  • Support planning, forecasting, and resource allocation initiatives
  • Identify and implement data-driven solutions to operational challenges
  • Present findings and recommendations to management in clear, actionable reports

What We're Looking For

  • 1–3 years of experience in
    operations analysis
    ,
    data analytics
    , or
    business process improvement
  • Strong skills in
    Excel
    and experience with
    SQL
    ,
    Power BI
    , or
    Tableau
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with great attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to explain insights clearly
  • Familiarity with workflow automation tools or ERP systems is a plus
  • A proactive, organized, and collaborative mindset
