How You'll Impact.
Holistic project management.
In this role, you will lead projects in the consumer sector and manage a dedicated team. You will oversee leading client portfolios both domestically and internationally and be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to optimize the supply chain and strategic procurement. This includes analyzing and improving procurement strategies, optimizing cost structures, and implementing best practices tailored to industry-specific requirements. You will work closely with renowned clients, such as global market leaders from the consumer and retail sectors as well as the fashion and tourism industries, showcasing your entrepreneurial talent in project controlling and client acquisition.

Intensive customer consulting.
You manage various external and internal stakeholders and work closely with key contacts at our clients and BCG. Additionally, you conduct workshops and negotiations with your team and present the results to clients.

Specific development.
With your expertise, you drive internal knowledge building in our practice area Consumer. First-class and diverse learning formats help you continuously expand your knowledge and personal horizons.

What You'll Bring.
University degree with above-average grades
and 4-8 years of relevant professional experience in in industry and/or consulting as well as a passion for strategic and operational work.

Extensive expertise in consulting
, in the areas of Consumer Goods, Retail, Fashion & Luxury, Travel & Tourism and/or in strategic procurement.

You bring valuable project management experience
and have already led teams both professionally and personally with passion. Additionally, you excel at effectively managing and supporting clients and stakeholders to successfully implement our Consumer projects. You have proven your analytical and conceptual skills at management level.
