As part of a replacement process, KWS SAAT SE & Co. KGaA is seeking a dedicated individual (m/f/d) to join our Front Desk Team at the headquarters in Einbeck (Lower Saxony, Germany) as soon as possible.
This is a permanent, part-time position (20 hours per week).

Your responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist guests, service providers, visitor groups, and employees
• Organize internal mail and manage mailboxes
• Coordinate receipt and dispatch of goods and process mail
• Create visitor badges and Wi-Fi tickets, and conduct/document safety briefings
• Issue access cards for new employees
• Operate the switchboard and provide information
• Support administrative tasks (e.g., sorting and scanning confidential documents)
• Issue keys for rental vehicles
• Cover gate service during breaks
• Assist the gate in emergency management (e.g., fire alarms, accidents)
• Ensure a professional and service-oriented appearance as the "calling card" of our company

Your profile:

• Completed commercial training
• Experience in customer service or reception is an advantage
• Friendly, confident manner and strong customer focus
• Flexibility, resilience, and an independent, reliable way of working
• Strong communication skills, team spirit, and discretion
• Openness to new tasks
• Confident use of MS Office
• Fluent German and good English skills
