As part of a replacement process, KWS SAAT SE & Co. KGaA is seeking a dedicated individual (m/f/d) to join our Front Desk Team at the headquarters in Einbeck (Lower Saxony, Germany) as soon as possible.This is a permanent, part-time position (20 hours per week).Ready to take the next step in your career? Become part of our friendly team and help shape the first impression our guests, employees, and business partners have of us Your responsibilities: Welcome and assist guests, service providers, visitor groups, and employees Organize internal mail and manage mailboxes Coordinate receipt and dispatch of goods and process mail Create visitor badges and Wi-Fi tickets, and conduct/document safety briefings Issue access cards for new employees Operate the switchboard and provide information Support administrative tasks (e.g., sorting and scanning confidential documents) Issue keys for rental vehicles Cover gate service during breaks Assist the gate in emergency management (e.g., fire alarms, accidents) Ensure a professional and service-oriented appearance as the “calling card” of our company Your profile: Completed commercial training Experience in customer service or reception is an advantage Friendly, confident manner and strong customer focus Flexibility, resilience, and an independent, reliable way of working Strong communication skills, team spirit, and discretion Openness to new tasks Confident use of MS Office Fluent German and good English skills What we offer: A collegial working environment in a company that values its employees Exciting, varied tasks in a traditional, international group Support for your personal and professional development under the motto “Make yourself grow” Permanent employment with long-term prospects and a high degree of stability Unlock your potential and grow with KWS We look forward to receiving your application (cover letter, resume, relevant references) via our online portal
