We co-founded and led Viafintech (Barzahlen) to 100+ employees - one of Germany's most successful fintechs, active in 17 markets across the EU and US, and sold in 2021 to the NYSE-listed Paysafe Group.

Now we're building our next venture: finperks — a global platform for all prepaid products: gift cards (Apple, Amazon, Google), airtime, and eCash — all via one simple API.

Think of finperks as the "Stripe for Prepaid." We started in summer 2025 and have already onboarded 700+ brands. The first client goes live by the end of the year.

The prepaid market is massive — €600bn today, growing to €1.8tn by 2028.

We're a team of eight based in Berlin-Charlottenburg - a mix of experienced founders and talented new joiners.

Tasks

As a GTM Automation & Growth Systems Intern / Working Student, you'll work closely with our founders to design and improve the systems that power finperks' commercial growth.

If you enjoy data, automation, and creative problem-solving - this is your playground.

  • Support automation of lead generation, enrichment, outreach, and reporting workflows
  • Help maintain a clean, structured growth database - our single source of truth for CRM and campaigns
  • Integrate and connect APIs (e.g., LinkedIn scraping, enrichment, outbound workflows)
  • Build and update dashboards and reports (Posthog, Baserow, or Python-based visualizations)
  • Create small scripts and automations (e.g., deduplication, segmentation, data enrichment)
  • Work directly with the founders on GTM architecture, data analytics, and channel insights
Requirements

You don't need years of experience - we're looking for technically talented, hands-on students who love learning fast.

  • Basic experience with Python or another scripting language
  • First experiences in automation and no-code/low-code tools (n8n, Make, Clay, Airtable, Baserow, etc.)
  • Curiosity about B2B growth, marketing automation, and data-driven processes
  • Understanding of APIs, data processing, or web scraping is a plus
  • Structured, proactive working style and strong problem-solving mindset
  • Comfortable working in English (our company language)

Nice to have: Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Pipedrive), dashboards (Posthog), or SEO tools.
