Our client is operating state-of-the-art critical facilities. We are looking for skilled Technicians to join the Infrastructure Operations team in Germany. You will be responsible for the
24/7 uptime of large-scale mission-critical facilities
, ensuring continuous power and cooling availability for high-priority operations.

You will work in a world-class environment with the highest standards of safety and operational excellence, supporting infrastructure that serves customers globally.

Key Responsibilities

  • Infrastructure Operations:
    Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot critical electrical and mechanical equipment including
    UPS Systems
    ,
    HV/MV Switchgear
    ,
    Diesel Generators
    ,
    Chillers
    , and
    BMS
    (Building Management Systems).
  • Incident Management:
    Respond to alarms and emergencies to restore redundancy immediately. Perform root cause analysis on equipment failures.
  • Maintenance Oversight:
    execute preventative maintenance programs and supervise external vendors/contractors on-site.
  • Rounds & Readings:
    Perform daily physical inspections of the facility to track temperatures, loads, and fuel levels.
  • Safety Compliance:
    Strict adherence to electrical safety protocols (LOTO) and EHS regulations.

Basic Qualifications

  • Education:
    Trade certification, Diploma, or Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Marine Engineering.
  • Experience:
    Proven experience in
    Critical Environments
    (Data Centers, Power Plants, Refineries, Hospitals, or Heavy Industry).
  • Technical Skills:
    Hands-on experience with large-scale power distribution (generators/UPS) AND mechanical cooling systems.
  • Language:
    Good command of
    English
    (German knowledge is an advantage).

Preferred Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in a 24/7 mission-critical environment.
  • Experience with building automation systems (BMS/EPMS).
  • Willingness to work rotating shifts.
