Product Manager (m/f/d)
.
Your Tasks
- Being the responsible product manager (product lead) (m/f/d) for assays on BIOTYPEs proprietary MODAPLEX platform (benchtop system for molecular profiling and analysis of genetic alterations) and other PCR technologies
- Develop and execute market entry and product sales strategies in coordination with global sales
- Lead and coordinate key projects and represent the company as well as the product lines at congresses, webinars etc.
- Implement and coordinate product developments from product idea to product launch
- Establish business plans and business case reports
- Create and provide product-related marketing material
Your Profile
- Experience in product management in molecular diagnostics, ideally in the field of oncology and/or companion diagnostics, is desirable
- This position is also very well suited for Young Professionals (m/f/d)
- Goal-oriented attitude, an analytical mindset and the ability to work effectively within an agile organization and cross-functional teams is a prerequisite
- Ambitious, intrinsically motivated and efficient working attitude paired with strong problem-solving skills are characteristics that fit to BIOTYPE
- Graduated in life sciences, biotechnology, medicine, or bioengineering (e.g. biology, biochemistry, molecular biology, biomedical studies or related) with Dipl. or M.Sc. or /PhD or similar study/education in life sciences or medicine
- Ideally first experience in the development of PCR based assays, high software affinity
- Experience to work in a regulated environment under ISO 13485 and ISO 9001
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in German and English
- Willingness to travel on business
