Marketing Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our products and services.
  • Oversee marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, product, design) to ensure cohesive brand messaging.
  • Lead and mentor the marketing team to achieve targets and foster growth.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs and preferences.
  • Build and maintain relationships with media, influencers, and strategic partners.
  • Prepare and present reports on campaign performance and ROI to senior management.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing communications and channels.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or in a similar leadership role.
  • Scientific educational background is preferred, or similar experience in a scientific company.
  • Problem solving mindset.
  • Strong knowledge of traditional and digital marketing strategies.
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret market data.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
