Main Responsibilities- Support in managing the entire process of company cars, including various types such as Company Cars, Employee Cars, Press Fleet, Marketing Fleet, and Key Account Fleet etc.
- Assist the BYD European Demo Car Team with various tasks in Germany.
- Coordinate with both internal departments (such as vehicle procurement and disposition) and external entities (such as vehicle registration, insurance, and charging card providers).
- Collaborate with the team to plan and organize events.
- Handle daily administrative tasks such as managing documents, vehicle keys, and charging cards.
- Responsible for checking vehicles in and out of the pool.
- Create evaluations and reports by using Excel.
- Other ad-hoc tasks.
- A bachelor's or master's degree in business administration, Logistics, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Interest in fleet management and operational efficiency.
- Fluent in English and German; Chinese a plus.
- Class B driving license.
