Aufgaben:

  • Fachliches Führen des Teams bei der erfolgreichen Umsetzung strategischer, datenbasierter und kundenzentrierter Marketingkampagnen
  • Zuweisung der Teamressourcen, um sicherzustellen, dass Prioritäten eingehalten, Aufgaben termingerecht erledigt und Ziele erreicht werden
  • Weitergehende Optimierung der strategischen Ausrichtung und Wirkung von Produkteinführungen
  • Unterstützung des narrativ geführten globalen Planungsprozesses, um einen reibungslosen Ablauf von der Planung bis zur Umsetzung sicherzustellen
  • Verbesserung der Content-Strategie durch Unterstützung bei der Verfeinerung von KPIs, Zielen und Vorgaben sowie durch Stärkung des Verständnisses und der strategischen Kompetenz im Team

  • Persönliche Steuerung der Umsetzung wichtiger strategischer Kampagnen

  • Mitwirkung bei der Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung von Style- und Formatguides

  • Förderung einer engen Zusammenarbeit mit verbundenen Teams (Regionen, Grafik, Paid Media, etc.)

Anforderungen:

Bachelor- oder Masterabschluss in Marketing, Kommunikation oder einem verwandten Bereich

Kenntnisse und Erfahrungen in:

  • oben genannter Aufgabe
  • Zertifikate in Digital Marketing, Content-Strategie oder Kampagnenmanagement sind von Vorteil
  • 7-10+ Jahre Erfahrung im B2B-Marketing
  • Nachweisliche Erfahrung in der Steuerung von Multi-Channel-Kampagnen (digital, Social Media, Events, Produkteinführungen)
  • Starke strategische Denkweise mit der Fähigkeit, Inhalte und Kampagnen an den Unternehmenszielen auszurichten
  • Fundiertes Verständnis von Marketing-Kennzahlen, Analysen und Performance-Tracking
  • Ausgeprägte Fähigkeiten in Zusammenarbeit und Stakeholder-Management
  • Sehr organisiert und ergebnisorientiert, mit exzellenten Projektmanagement-Fähigkeiten
  • Englisch: Verhandlungssicher
  • Deutsch: Grundkenntnisse
