As Teamlead of Proposal Management (m/f/d), you will take overall responsibility for the proposal strategy and processes within the Biopharma & Life Sciences (BLS) division. You will lead a team of Proposal Managers and specialists, develop efficient structures for proposal development, and ensure that international bids are submitted with high quality, competitiveness, and in alignment with the company's strategic goals.

In this role, you act as a key interface between Business Development, Engineering, Project Management, and Executive Leadership. You will drive continuous improvement across proposal activities, promote best practices, and ensure consistent, brand-aligned communication with our clients.

We are looking for a strong leader to join us at the earliest possible date at one of our locations: Hamburg, Leverkusen, Bad Homburg, Stuttgart, Ulm, Nuremberg, or Munich.

Explore Your Tasks And Responsibilities

  • Strategic oversight and development of proposal management within the BLS division
  • Leadership, development, and motivation of an interdisciplinary team of Proposal Managers
  • Ensuring the quality, consistency, and competitiveness of all proposal documents
  • Establishing and maintaining standards, templates, and tools for proposal optimization
  • Close collaboration with internal stakeholders to ensure technical and commercial input
  • Supporting Business Development in customer acquisition and presenting strategic proposals at executive level
  • Monitoring relevant KPIs and deriving measures for process improvement

Show Your Expertise

  • University degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Construction Management or a comparable field
  • Several years of leadership experience in proposal management, business development, or engineering – ideally in the pharmaceutical, construction, or high-tech industries
  • Strong strategic thinking, communication skills, and leadership capabilities
  • Experience handling complex international bids and leading multidisciplinary teams
  • Fluent in German and English
  • Structured, solution-oriented, and entrepreneurial mindset
