Als Project Manager (m/w/d) übernimmst Du eine entscheidende Project Management Office (PMO)-Rolle und berichtest direkt an den Senior Project Manager. Deine Hauptaufgabe in den nächsten zwei Jahren ist es, die tägliche Umsetzung eines bedeutenden Projekts zur Geschäftsoptimierung zu leiten, welches auf die Weiterentwicklung unserer Atemwegsaktivitäten in Deutschland abzielt.

  • Fokussierte Umsetzung: Du treibst die Implementierung aller Workstreams des Projekts voran und stellst sicher, dass die Maßnahmen zur Geschäftsoptimierung und zur Weiterentwicklung unserer Aktivitäten in Deutschland erfolgreich umgesetzt werden.

  • Datenbasierte Steuerung: Du bist die datengesteuerte Kraft hinter dem Projekt, erstellst Berichte und Dashboards, um den Projektfortschritt kontinuierlich zu überwachen und die Performance anhand der Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) zu verfolgen.

  • Change Management: Du agierst als wichtiger Kommunikator mit einem offenen Mindset, der die Teams durch notwendige Veränderungen in ihren Arbeitsweisen und Tools begleitet.

  • Unabhängige Verantwortung: Du arbeitest hochgradig eigenverantwortlich, erkennst Ziele und findest selbstständig die besten Wege zur Umsetzung, wobei Du Dir die Freiheit nimmst, Verantwortung zu übernehmen und Ergebnisse zu liefern.

Wir suchen eine erfahrene und analytisch starke Persönlichkeit, die bereit ist, sich für die nächsten zwei Jahre voll und ganz in dieses kritische Projekt zur Geschäftsoptimierung einzubringen.

Was Du mitbringen musst:

  • Sprachliche Kompetenz: Muttersprache Deutsch (zwingend erforderlich für die Implementierung und Teamzusammenarbeit) und fließende Englischkenntnisse.

  • Erfahrung: Nachgewiesene Erfahrung und Expertise in der Leitung komplexer Projekte und im Project Management Office (PMO).

  • Analytische Stärke: Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten und Erfahrung in der Datenverwaltung, -analyse und im Reporting.

  • Verhalten: Die Fähigkeit, unabhängig zu arbeiten und zu liefern, Initiative zu zeigen und sich in einem zielorientierten Umfeld wohlzufühlen.

  • Soft Skills: Starke zwischenmenschliche und kommunikative Fähigkeiten, insbesondere beim Koordinieren von funktionsübergreifenden Aktivitäten und Stakeholdern.

  • Kenntnisse: Verständnis für das Air Liquide HHC Business und die Länderaktivitäten.

Was von Vorteil ist:

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium einer Business School oder vergleichbarer Abschluss.

  • Kenntnisse in Systemen wie SAP, SAP BW und Power BI (generelles Wissen über analytische Tools ist entscheidender als das spezifische Tool).

  • Französischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil ("Nice to have").

  • Erfahrung in der Medizintechnik oder im Home Healthcare ist keine zwingende Voraussetzung, aber starke PM- und Analysefähigkeiten sind unerlässlich.
