Zu deinen Hauptaufgaben als Front Office Agent gehören:

Unterstützung der lyf-Bewohner beim Check-In und während ihres gesamten AufenthaltsBeantwortung von Gästeanfragen zu Dienstleistungen, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants, Unterhaltung, lokalen Veranstaltungen usw. Führungen für neue lyf-Bewohner und potenzielle Bewohner sowie für Geschäftspartner durch das GebäudeÜberwachung der Zimmerverfügbarkeit mithilfe des PMS Bearbeitung von Anfragen via E-Mails und TelefonUnterstützung des AOB bei der Erstellung und Planung des Kalenders für Bewohner und gebäudeinterne Veranstaltungen Proaktive Interaktion mit den Bewohnern und Abgabe konstruktiver Empfehlungen zur Verbesserung ihrer AufenthaltsqualitätKorrespondenz mit den Bewohnern, sei es bei Veranstaltungshinweisen oder bei der Beantwortung ihrer Anfragen

The time of your lyf - become part of our lyf East Frankfurt team As a lyf Guard, you are the main contact for our guests and represent the lyf brand. In a typical day, you will be excited to see new faces as you check in a new guest, share your personal recommendations of the local area, and engage with the overall lyf community over your preferred beverage.  Your main tasks as a Front Office Agent include:

Assisting lyf residents during check-in/out and throughout their stay Answering guest inquiries about services, shopping, restaurants, entertainment, local events, etc. Giving new lyf residents and potential residents and business partners guided tours of the building, experiencing everything lyf has to offerMonitoring room availability using the PMS (RMS property management system) Handling inquiries via email and phoneProactively interacting with residents and making constructive recommendations to improve their quality of stay

You are an ideal fit for us if you: 

Have training in hospitality or a similar profession (we also offer newcomers and career changers a chance)Are open-minded, motivated and a team player and want to be part of an international team Are tech-savvy and quickly familiarize yourself with new systems Have excellent written and spoken communication skills in German and English
