Deine Aufgaben

  • Gesamtverantwortung für die Steuerung von Personal, Assets und Infrastruktur sowie Sicherstellung eines effizienten Einsatz- und Ressourcenmanagements
  • Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung sowie Weiterentwicklung der Teamleiter:innen
  • Budget-, Kennzahlen- und Risikomanagement im Verantwortungsbereich
  • Entwicklung, Optimierung und Implementierung von Organisationsstrukturen und Prozessen im Einklang mit der Unternehmensstrategie
  • Restrukturierung der Personal- und Ressourcenplanung unter Berücksichtigung gesetzlicher Regelungen und Wirtschaftlichkeit
  • Einkauf und Vertragsmanagement externer Dienstleistungen
  • Sicherstellung einer effektiven internen Kommunikation und Repräsentation des Bereichs innerhalb und außerhalb des Unternehmens

Unsere Anforderungen

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Betriebswirtschaft, Logistik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in Ressourcen- oder Operationsmanagement in einem Eisenbahnverkehrsunternehmen
  • Führungserfahrung von mindestens drei Jahren
  • Ausgeprägte strategische und analytische Denkweise sowie Organisationsgeschick
  • Kommunikationsstärke, Durchsetzungsvermögen und Teamorientierung
  • Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Reisebereitschaft im In- und Ausland
