Willst du mit uns arbeiten?

Du hast schon einige Zeit als Face-to-Face Teamleiter:in oder Coach:in gearbeitet? Du hast Lust, dein Können in eine kleine Berliner F-2-F Agentur einzubringen und mit uns richtig gutes F-2-F zu machen?

Arbeite mit uns als (Junior) Coach:in

Deine Coach-Aufgabe mit uns:  

  • Betreuung und Leitung von 2-3 Dialogerteams in Berlin

  • Schulung und Training unserer Starter:innen 

  • Weiterentwicklung/ Ausbildung von Dialoger:innen

  • Eigenverantwortliche Ergebnissteuerung und Reporting des Tages

  • Verantwortung für die Einhaltung unserer Qualitätsstandards

  • Tägliche Organisation und Standortplanung unserer Dialogerteams

  • Aktive Mitarbeiter:innenbindung und Teilnahme an Social Events

  • Gestaltung eines für alle wertvollen Arbeitsumfeldes und guter Teamkultur

Was wir von dir erwarten:

  • Mindestens ein Jahr Erfahrung als Dialoger:in, Teamleiter:in oder Coach:in im F-2-F Fundraising

  • Freude am Dialogen und an der Führung von Mitarbeitenden 

  • Resilienz und hohe Einsatzbereitschaft 

  • hervorragende Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und hohes Empathievermögen

  • Mind. Deutschkenntnisse C2 

  • Führerschein Klasse B von Vorteil

  • Ein Herz für Menschen, Tiere und die Umwelt
