digitalen Angebot für Transporte
etwa 30 Mio. EUR Umsatz machen (Vorjahr 22 Mio. EUR) und auf über 60 Mitarbeiter:innen wachsen.

, die vollständig von unserem Entwicklerteam aufgebaut wurde – und die wir kontinuierlich weiterentwickeln. Für diese spannende Aufgabe suchen wir Dich als
Tech Lead Frontend Development (m/w/d)
am Standort Hamburg. Während bereits mehrere Frontend Entwickler in unserem Team in Baku (3 Frontend, 2 Backend, 1 Fullstack + Teamlead) arbeiten, übernimmst Du in Hamburg eine Schlüsselrolle: Du arbeitest eng mit Produktmanagement und Entwicklung zusammen und treibst die technologische Weiterentwicklung voran. Dabei erwarten Dich
viel Gestaltungsspielraum, moderne Technologien, internationale Zusammenarbeit
– und die Chance, ein wachsendes Produkt maßgeblich mitzugestalten.

Deine Verantwortlichkeiten

  • Weiterentwicklung unserer Softwarearchitektur und Definition der Frontend-Strategie
  • AI-gestützte Programmierung auf ein neues Level heben
  • Migration von Vue 2 auf Vue 3 sowie Einführung von TypeScript
  • Refactoring und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung unseres Frontends
  • Entwicklung und Implementierung neuer Features
  • Effiziente Modernisierung bestehender Systeme mit Blick auf Performance, Pagespeed und Usability
  • Sicherstellung und kontinuierliche Verbesserung der Codequalität durch Best Practices, Testing und Reviews
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Produktmanagement in Hamburg sowie unseren Entwicklern in Baku im Scrum-Prozess
  • Mentoring und fachliche Weiterentwicklung unserer Frontend Entwickler in Baku sowie die Perspektive, mittelfristig die Leitung des Frontend Teams zu übernehmen

Das bringst Du mit
Du bist ein Match für uns, wenn Du Folgendes mitbringst:

  • Projekt- oder Teamleitungserfahrung
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung als Frontend Developer in komplexen Projekten
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in , TypeScript, JavaScript, CSS sowie praktische Erfahrung mit GitHub
  • Hoher Anspruch an Softwarearchitektur und Codequalität
  • Erfahrung in der praktischen Anwendung von AI Tools im Dev Umfeld
  • Hands-on-Mentalität und Umsetzungsstärke
  • Kenntnisse in Unit-, Integrations- und End-to-End-Tests
  • Gespür für UX, Usability und Performance-Optimierung
  • Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch (mind. C1)
  • Bereitschaft zu 3 Tagen Office in Hamburg und enger Remote-Zusammenarbeit mit unserem Baku-Team
  • Gute Beer-Pong-Skills würden uns auch weiterhelfen
