Ihre Aufgaben - Das erwartet Sie
  • Koordination von Modifikationen mit Fokus auf Software und Elektrotechnik/Steuerung
  • Ein- und Auslaufsteuerung des Fertigungs- und Produktionsflusses, mit Fokus auf der Serie sowie Modifikationen, die die Serie betreffen, ergänzt um die Unterstützung des Bestellwesens
  • Koordination von Nacharbeiten in Stahlbau, Endmontage, Elektrovormontage
  • Koordination der Nacharbeit von EK-Teilen
  • Überprüfung der physischen Umsetzung der MCT inklusive Dokumentation
  • Überprüfung der für den Wertstrom notwendigen gelenkten Dokumente
  • Mitarbeit zur Prozessverbesserung mittels Vorschlags an Process Owner
  • Spartenweite Zusammenarbeit
  • Lebenszyklusbetrachtung der Artikel und Produkt mit Fokus auf Software, Elektrotechnik und Steuerung sowie klare Verknüpfung von Software-/Steuerungsmodifikationen zu mechanischen Modifikationen nach einhergegangener Prüfung
  • Interpretationsfreie Ein- und Auslaufsteuerung
  • Sicherstellen, des Einfließens der Modifikation (mit Link zur Werknummer)
Ihr Profil - Das bringen Sie mit
  • Facharbeiter mit Weiterbildung zum Techniker / Meister oder abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Maschinenbau, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Mechatronik, Elektrotechnik
  • Grundverständnis in Softwareentstehung, -testung und -verteilung
  • PTC-Windchill "Albatros", InforLN, MS Office
  • Genauigkeit und Sorgfalt
  • Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Klare Kommunikation
  • Sicheres Englisch in Wort und Schrift
