Join us as Product Delivery Manager to lead the successful implementation of our innovative product solutions for our clients.

Your daily tasks…

• Project Management: Develop and manage detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation. Accountable for the management of budget, scope, and schedule for the deployment of Trimble Products. This includes forecasting resources, costs, and revenue and adhering to project management processes to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
• Client & Partner Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the delivery phase, establishing strong relationships and conducting regular status meetings. Work collaboratively with the Sales team to set expectations prior to contract on deployment methodology, statement of work creation, schedule, and budget. Additionally, work with value-added business partners to manage, coach, and train them in product implementations.
• Solution & Process Oversight: Collaborate with clients to gather business requirements. Oversee the solution design, configuration, and testing to ensure it meets client needs, quality standards, and expectations.
• Collaboration and Reporting: Work closely with teams such as sales, product development, and support to ensure successful delivery. Bring market insights to product development discussions. Provide regular progress reports to senior management and stakeholders.
• Go-Live and Post-delivery Support: Ensure the team provides a smooth transition for clients during the go-live phase. Offer post-delivery support to address any issues and ensure satisfaction.

What do you bring…

• Proven experience in software delivery and project/program management, particularly in programs that consist of multiple software projects.
• Strong knowledge and experience in wood procurement and wood harvesting is required, along with a deep knowledge of forest operations processes.
• A strong understanding of enterprise software implementation and experience in forest operations related data standards.
• Proficiency with project management tools and processes, and delivery methodologies.
• Experience in process development, training, and working in a business partner interface.
• Experience in performance management and quality assurance.
• Good written and verbal communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to interact effectively with clients and team members.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• A strong customer focus and a commitment to providing excellent service.
• Fluent English skill is required and German language is advantageous.
• Openness to travel to client sites and occasional flexibility to meet project demands outside of standard business hours.
