Aufgaben
  • Verantwortlichkeit für das Vertriebscontrolling sowie Ansprechpartner:in für betriebs- und finanzwirtschaftliche Fragestellungen
  • Erstellung von Umsatzanalysen und regelmäßigen Berichten auf Basis operativer und finanzieller Daten
  • Durchführung von Abweichungsanalysen, Ableitung von Handlungsempfehlungen und Nachverfolgung der Maßnahmen
  • Mitwirkung an Planungs- und Prognoseprozessen sowie deren kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung
  • Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung bestehender Controlling-Systeme
  • Unterstützung im Rahmen von internen Due-Diligence-Prozessen bei Neuakquisitionen sowie Mitarbeit an Business Cases
  • Erstellung von Präsentationen sowie Durchführung von Ad-hoc- und Sonderanalysen
Qualifikation
  • Abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches Studium oder vergleichbare Ausbildung mit einschlägiger Controlling-Erfahrung
  • Berufserfahrung im Vertriebscontrolling, Business Unit Controlling oder vergleichbarem Bereich
  • Idealerweise Erfahrung in global agierenden, kapitalmarktorientierten Unternehmen, bevorzugt in der Pharmaindustrie
  • Verständnis für produzierende Umfelder und Warenflüsse
  • Sehr gute MS Office-Kenntnisse, wünschenswert Erfahrung mit SAP (S4/Hana) und MS Power BI
  • Präzise, strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Durchsetzungsstärke in Diskussionen und ergebnisorientiertes Handeln
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
