Agastya Hydrogen is a pioneering Electrolyser OEM company that focuses on innovating cost-effective, high-efficiency green hydrogen solutions using scalable AEM Electrolysers. Role Description

Agastya Hydrogen is expanding its global footprint in the Green Hydrogen and Renewable Energy sector, driving innovation across sustainable technologies and decarbonization pathways.

We are looking for an 
experienced Strategic Sales Leader (20+ years)
 with a proven track record in 
Hydrogen, Renewable Energy, or Industrial Clean-Tech markets
, preferably based in 
Germany or the EU region
.

Key Expectations:

  • Deep understanding of 
    Hydrogen Value Chain
     (production, storage, offtake, and policy frameworks)
  • Strong network with 
    industrial clients, EPCs, and government bodies
     in Europe
  • Strategic capability to drive 
    sales growth, partnerships, and market entry
     initiatives
  • Demonstrated experience in 
    business development and techno-commercial leadership

Qualifications

  • Strategic Sales, leadership and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Experience in project management is a plus
  • Knowledge of sustainability, green energy, or hydrogen technologies is beneficial
  • B.Tech + Masters in Business Administration or related field
