• Together with the team, you are responsible for Elastique's external presence – with a strong operational focus on communicating our projects across our owned channels.
• You manage our social media profiles end to end: from editorial planning and content creation to publishing. You always keep an eye on performance, trends and digital developments.
• You independently plan, organise and manage project documentation with a strong focus on video content. This includes developing content formats, coordinating (internal) film productions, briefing all stakeholders and selecting and preparing the material.
• You turn our projects into compelling stories: you develop strong narratives, write concise project and posting copy, and ensure our work is documented in a visually and conceptually convincing way – for social media, our website and award submissions.
• You are responsible for the agency's award management: identifying relevant industry awards, preparing projects strategically for submissions, and managing the entire process from case structure to final deadline.
• You ensure the quality of all content and make sure it aligns with our strategic communication goals.
• You keep an overview of timings, budgets, editorial plans and deadlines, ensuring all tasks are delivered reliably and on time.

• Basics. You communicate confidently in German and English – both written and spoken.
• Skills. You enjoy writing, have a strong sense for visual storytelling and a genuine interest in moving image content. You work in a structured way, communicate clearly and keep an overview even in fast-paced phases.
• Experience. Social media is part of your everyday work. Ideally, you already have initial experience in producing, project documentation or as a creator and understand how film productions are organised and managed. You are familiar with the basics of project management and know how timings, budgets and coordination work together.
• Tools. You are confident using common social media platforms and are familiar with relevant performance tools. You use Microsoft Office routinely – clean documents, clear timelines and well-maintained overviews come naturally to you. Initial experience with image editing tools is a nice-to-have.
• Mindset. You are enthusiastic about PR and communication, take a pragmatic, hands-on approach and think ahead. You enjoy collaborating with different disciplines and stakeholders – for you, great projects are created as a team.
