Role Overview

As a
Communications & Community Management Intern

, you will support our
PR Manager

and
Marketing team

in all external and community-facing activities.

Your main responsibilities will be to:

• Coordinate communication with
  speakers, sponsors, media partners, ecosystem partners, community partners, and KOLs
• Help manage
  community-related workflows

(lists, trackers, reports) using Excel/Google Sheets
- Support the
distribution of marketing and PR assets

within the team and to external stakeholders

Key Responsibilities

1. External Communications Support

• Act as a day-to-day contact (under the guidance of the PR Manager) for: Speakers and sponsors, Media partners and journalists, Ecosystem & community partners, and KOLs and industry influencers
• Help draft and send
  email communications

: reminders, follow-ups, confirmation emails, information packages.
- Maintain updated
contact lists

and communication logs in Excel/Sheets.
- Support the creation and updating of
briefing docs

for speakers and partners (talk topics, logistics, promo expectations).

2. Community & Partner Management

• Help manage lists of
  community partners, media partners and KOLs

and make sure they receive the right assets on time.
- Track community activation activities (e.g. posts, newsletter mentions, AMAs, promo codes used) in structured Excel/Sheets.
- Coordinate with partners on: Social posts,
Cross-promotions, and Community campaign timelines
- Support in answering basic questions from partners and routing more complex ones to the right team member.

3. Marketing Asset Distribution

• Work closely with the marketing team to
  organize and send assets

, such as:
Speaker banners,
Social media visuals, Promo codes and tracking links, and Content guidelines for partners and KOLs
- Ensure everyone has the
latest versions

of assets and that internal folders/drive are organized and up to date.
- Keep a simple
asset distribution tracker

: who received what, when, and for which campaign.

4. Internal Coordination

• Support the
  PR Manager

with keeping timelines and to-dos up to date (simple project tracking).
- Share relevant updates from partners/speakers with the marketing team (e.g. when a partner posts, confirms, or needs support).
- Join internal meetings, take short notes, and help turn decisions into action items and simple follow-up lists.

Requirements

Must-Haves

• Strong interest in
  Web3 / blockchain / crypto

(you should at least understand basic concepts and be curious to learn more).
- Good command of
Excel / Google Sheets

(filters, basic formulas, organizing lists, tracking status).
- Very strong
written and verbal communication skills

in English.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling multiple stakeholders at once.
- Proactive attitude: you see problems and try to suggest solutions instead of waiting for instructions.
- Familiarity with
Discord / Telegram / X

Nice-to-Haves

• Previous experience in
  community management
