Unser Kunde ist ein junges, kleines Start-up aus der Nähe von München, das sich auf den Beauty-Bereich spezialisiert hat und Jahr für Jahr wächst.

Aufgaben
  • Du bist alleine für das Influencer Marketing zuständig und hast vollen Gestaltungsspielraum, diesen Bereich von (fast) 0 aufzubauen und zu skalieren.
  • Entwickle eine starke Influencer & Content Strategie.
  • Recherche, Identifikation und Bewertung passender Influencer anhand von Reichweite, Engagement, Zielgruppe, Tonalität, Authentizität und Brand Fit: Starte mit kleineren Creatorn (Produkttester oder Mikro-Influencer) und werde nach und nach größter.
  • Dazugehörige Vertragsverhandlungen (inkl. Rechte, Vergütung, Timings)
  • Beobachtung von Social Media Trends, neuen Plattformen, Creator-Trends und Wettbewerbern
Qualifikation
  • Mindestens 1-2 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Influencer-Marketing, idealerweise im E-Commerce-Umfeld, aus einer Agentur oder Vergleichbarem.
  • Erfahrung in den gängigen Tools wie StoryClash
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse
  • Analytisches Mindset und trotzdem eine kreative Ader und Gespür für Ästhetik
