Responsibilities
  • Du verantwortest die konzeptionelle Weiterentwicklung und den konzernweiten Rollout des Terminmanagements der Sana Einrichtungen
  • Du kümmerst dich um den Aufbau und die Etablierung eines Service-Angebots im Zusammenhang mit dem Terminmanagement und dem Patientenportal
  • Du steuerst und koordinierst die beteiligten Fachbereiche, IT-Dienstleister und Gesundheitseinrichtungen im Rahmen der Digitalisierungsstrategie
  • Du bist weiter auch für die Aufnahme, Analyse und Priorisierung von Anforderungen aus der medizinischen Versorgung und den administrativen Prozessen zuständig
  • Du begleitest Implementierungen, Tests und Schulungen in enger Abstimmung mit IT und Einrichtungsorganisation
  • Du stellst die Integration des Terminmanagementsystems in bestehende IT-Systeme und Patientenportale ("MeineSana") sicher
  • Du bist abschließend auch für das Monitoring von Projektfortschritten, das Reporting an das Programmmanagement verantwortlich und unterstützt darüberhinaus auch im Changemanagement
Qualifications
  • Du verfügst über ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Gesundheitsmanagement, (Wirtschafts-,Medizin-)Informatik, Innovationsmanagement oder über eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Du bringst bereits Erfahrung in der Projektleitung, idealerweise im Umfeld der Digitalisierung im Gesundheitswesen oder Krankenhaus(-IT) mit
  • Du hast idealerweise ein hohes Verständnis für klinische/medizinische Abläufe und medizinische Terminprozesse 
  • Du bist kommunikationsstark und besitzt die Fähigkeit, zwischen IT, Fachbereichen und Klinikbetrieb zu vermitteln
  • Du würdest dir selbst eine strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise mit hoher Eigeninitiative attestieren
  • Du hast Interesse an der Weiterentwicklung digitaler Patientenservices sowie innovativer Versorgungskonzepte
