In dieser Position sind Sie verantwortlich für die Materialplanung, die Optimierung der End-to-End-Supply-Chain und die Weiterentwicklung Ihres Teams. Diese Rolle richtet sich an Führungskräfte, die Veränderungen vorantreiben und in einem globalen Umfeld echten Einfluss nehmen möchten.

Ihre Aufgaben:


• Verantwortung für die Materialplanung


• Vorantreiben organisatorischer Veränderungen in Richtung End-to-End Supply Chain


• Einführung einer produktorientierten Segmentierung


• Training und Entwickeln von Mitarbeitern


• Einführung von SC KPI Dashboard und Performance Management


• Integration von (Teil-) Wertschöpfungsströmen in Einklang mit End-to-End Verantwortlichkeiten und werksbezogenen Projekten


• Analysieren und verfolgen Sie Kundenauftragsmuster als Basis für die SC-Konfiguration und Optimierung des Customer Interface


• Verwalten der End-to-End Optimierung in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den Betriebsabteilungen


• Überwachen und verwalten Sie die Leistung nach Lieferkette / Produktgruppe (per SC Planer)


• Identifizieren von Leistungsproblemen und Leistungsverbesserungen mit dem Team, um vereinbarte Ziele zu erreichen


• Sicherstellen von geeigneten Parametereinstellungen, Systemeinstellungen und -anwendungen


• Überwachung der Werksauslastung, Identifizierung von Kapazitätsengpässen und Erhöhung der Kapazität


• Proaktives Zugehen auf andere Funktionen und Supply-Chain-Partnern für die End-to-End Optimierung

Ihr Profil:


• Hochschulabschluss oder gleichwertige Ausbildung


• Erfahrung in Teamführung, Teamentwicklung und Organisationstransformation


• Erfolgsbilanz bei Verbesserungen der Supply Chain und damit verbundenen Ergebnissen zur Leistungsverbesserung


• Breite Palette an Planungserfahrung (Kapazitätsplanung, Beschaffungsplanung, Feinplanung)


• Erfahrung in der Automobilbranche in einer globalen Organisation ist von Vorteil


• Fundiertes Wissen im Bereich Supply Chain, auch im Produktionsbereich


• Kenntnisse in Supply-Chain / Planung und ERP-Systemen


• Starke Führungs- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, die in einem funktionsübergreifenden Umfeld Orientierung geben und Kollegen in anderen Funktionsbereichen motivieren und unterstützen können
• Engagierte, unternehmerische, proaktive Arbeitseinstellung ("Driver for Change")


• Solide Kenntnisse in Englisch und Deutsch in Wort und Schrift
