Your responsibilities: 

  • Transport Insurance: Shipment registration, claims handling, coordination with brokers/insurers, collaboration with logistics and legal teams.

  • Property and Business Interruption Insurance: Maintenance and validation of insured values, claims coordination, clarification of coverage and exclusions, follow-up on risk engineering recommendations.

  • International Travel Health Insurance: Administration of insured persons, claims support, point of contact for policy-related inquiries.

  • Group Accident Insurance (Germany): Updating insured personnel data, handling claims, providing internal guidance.

  • Global Liability Insurance: Claims management, clarification of policy coverage and exclusions, coordination with internal departments and insurers.

  • Strategic Support to Head of Insurance (LIXIL EMENA): Resolving complex insurance and risk-related issues, liaising with internal and external partners, supporting other corporate insurance programs as needed, and monitoring foreign insurance policy registers to identify and address potential coverage gaps.

Your profile:

  • Commercial, legal or insurance training
  • Professional experience with an industrial insurer or industrial insurance broker
  • Good knowledge of international industrial insurance
  • Fluent in spoken and written German and English
  • Good knowledge of MS Office and openness to new digital solutions
  • Confident working in a fast-paced, dynamic and global environment
