This position requires an experienced self-employed specialist with in-depth knowledge of diagnosis, maintenance, and repair of Lucid Motor vehicles. Our ideal candidate has an "everything is possible" attitude and goes about his or her tasks with vigor and determination. This role requires someone who can work independently and be customer-oriented. Applicants are expected to excel in their respective fields, have the ability to learn quickly, and strive for perfection in a fast-paced environment. This position also requires the ability to self-manage all areas of the repair facility, including parts management and customer service.The Role:Independent technical work in the fieldTechnical qualification for work on high-voltage vehiclesDirect customer contact, good communication skillsDiagnosis, maintenance and repair of Lucid Motors productsEffective work with the appropriate software environmentProper execution and documentation of work processesProcessing of quality assurance measuresCommon customer service tasks, such as phone calls, scheduling appointments, etc.Ability to work and act independentlyAttention to detail and passion for an optimal customer experienceOrder and cleanliness in appearance and in the workplaceQualifications:Completed vocational training as a mechatronics technicianEnglish B2 or advancedKnowledge of common vehicle technologyWritten and verbal communication skillsGood self-organisationAbility to work independently TeamplayerBasic computer and Microsoft Office skillsHigh willingness to learnValid driver's license up to 3.5t Advantageous:Work experience > 3 years as an automotive technicianExperience in diagnosing and repairing electric vehiclesExperience working on vehicles in the premium segmentCertified Service or Master TechnicianMaster craftsman's certificate in the automotive sectorLucid Motors is committed to maintaining a safe and trustworthy environment.
