Meet the team behind this journey
As a Field Marketing Specialist DACH, you will play a crucial role in executing and supporting field marketing initiatives across the DACH region. Working closely with the Field Marketing Lead, you'll help drive brand awareness, generate demand, and support sales efforts through targeted marketing campaigns and events.
Your Responsibilities
- Event Management: Plan, coordinate, and execute field marketing events including trade shows, conferences, webinars, and customer events
- Lead Management: Support lead generation efforts and ensure proper follow-up processes are in place to maximize conversion rates
- Performance Analysis: Track, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of field marketing activities including pipeline influence, and ROI
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with sales teams, and internal marketing teams to ensure alignment and maximize campaign effectiveness
- Vendor & Budget Management: Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and event partners while maintaining budget oversight for assigned activities
- Campaign Execution: Support the development and implementation of regional marketing campaigns that align with business objectives and drive pipeline growth
Qualities we look for
- Fluency in German and English are mandatory, please do not apply if you don't meet this requirement
- Minimum 1 year professional experience in field marketing, event management, or B2B marketing roles
- Ability to analyze campaign performance data and derive actionable insights
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams
- Proactive approach to identifying challenges and proposing solutions based on analysis of available information
- Self-starter with a growth mindset and comfort working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
