DEINE AUFGABEN:

  • Du führst dein Peter Pane Restaurant in allen Belangen und bist erster Ansprechpartner des Betriebes
  • Du führst dein Team von Mitarbeitenden und Teamleitern und stellst die Umsetzung systemischer Vorgaben und aktueller Aktionen sicher
  • Du planst deine Zahlen und ergreifst alle notwendigen Maßnahmen zur Erreichung deiner Ziele
  • Du nimmst Budgetplanungen-, Personal- und Kennzahlenplanungen vor und behältst diese stets im Blick
  • Du stimmst dich stets mit deinem Team und deiner vorgesetzten Gebietsleitung ab und reportest aktuelle Belange
  • DU ROCKST mit deinem Peter Pane - Team das Tagesgeschäft und packst auch mal mit an

DEINE QUALIFIKATIONEN:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung in der Gastronomie / im Hotelfach oder entsprechende Berufserfahrung im operativen Tagesgeschäft
  • Führungserfahrung als General Manager / Restaurantleitung (m/w/d), vorzugsweise in der Systemgastronomie
  • Gültiges Gesundheitszeugnis
  • Du bist ein waschechter Gastgeber und Gastronom und bist bereit, mit uns deine Ziele zu erreichen
  • Serviceorientierte und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise sowie ein respektvoller Führungsstil
