What you will do
  • Build, configure, and maintain automated workflows (e.g. RPA, Power Automate, Camunda, UiPath)
  • Provide operational support: monitor systems, analyze errors, and assure technical quality
  • Maintain and develop platforms and interfaces (API handling, data flows)
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and optimize process solutions
  • Document and collaborate using Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence, etc.)
  • Integrate platforms like HubSpot (CRM) and Microsoft 365 into process environments
  • Contribute to a positive, inclusive team culture and support colleagues as needed - even beyond your defined role


Your profile
  • Vocational training or university degree in IT, automation, digital processes - or similar practical experience
  • Hands-on experience with digital process operations, ideally with tools like Power Automate, Camunda, UiPath, or similar
  • Confident use of Microsoft 365 and its integration with process platforms
  • Familiarity with Atlassian Jira & Confluence and CRM systems (e.g. HubSpot)
  • Technical understanding of APIs, data integration, and platform operations
  • Self-driven, structured work style with a strong focus on quality
  • Good communication skills for working with business teams, IT, and project stakeholders
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken); other languages welcome
